I think I'm going to commit that soon.

What it does (in the latest version):
It removes automatic inverting of the down item (when pressing the up
button) in favor of a 4th item at the top. The behavior can be preserved
by picking the same setting for the top, since top and left now always
invert the setting. This way, one can go through a setting in both ways,
by mirroring the setting onto left/right or up/down.


I've optimized displaying quite a bit for small screens, so that handles
smaller screens better by default. E.g. on the clip (128x64), even a
13-14px font works fine. Hence the patch doesn't contain any sort of
deactivating an item for small screens.


I want it in, if you have any objections then come up with them now :)
