OK, thinking about it a bit more... assuming that themers run their
themes at least once on either target or sim they will know if it
works.. So I'm not so against makeing checkwps always accept the
setting and translation strings to make things much simpler.
It's not perfect but good enouigh. The sim and target will still
reject any wrong values.
