Just reading mail (after a sizable break..) - I actually added a comment
to that effect on the tracker, and a patch seems to be in the works already.
I personally like the approach of customizable HOLD behaviour, provided that
the rockbox default is still to lockout everything.

1. Lock all
2. Lock touchscreen / scrollwheel / scrollpad (but keep all physical push
buttons working)

I'm guessing that we probably wouldn't ever want to lockout internal
switches (e.g. headphone pause, etc)
