We are well aware of how frustrating this is - but what would you do to
improve it? There are limited people that know the code well for each
particular area, and ultimately with a 100% volunteer spare time project you
can't force people to review code. Do you have any suggestions as to what
we could do?

Incidently, whilst this is far from perfect it has been like this for years,
and the project seems to do not too badly :)
