If you switch the ipod on with the remote tuner already plugged in, it is not recognized and you need to unplug and re-plug in it. Probably I'm in wrong talking about the boot loader. Maybe the more correct thing is to recognize it after RB is loaded: in this case all the interrupt vectors should be available.
