Frank didn't say anything about subjective reasons. I'm the one who said
a subjective reason ought to be good enough.

Frank wanted "All NoDo items must have a proper rationale" which sounds
much more significant than just a subjective reason. Maybe I
misunderstood, but I tend to understand a rationale to be something more
significant than "it's not worth the effort"
