Thank you very much! The (HW_SAMPR_CAPS & SAMPR_CAP_44) is really what I
have saught.

Indeed, I used pcm_set_frequency() to set the output frequency.

The H300 simulator does play the sound with sampling frequency of 22050
Hz correctly.
