If the test for inclusion includes "can a user abuse the freedoms Rockbox grants to do stupid things?" shop might as well be packed up, IMHO. IIRC Apple OS avoids this very situation by denying a user the "freedom" to mix podcasts and music in a playlist. As I see it, audiobooks and podcasts are a special case for many.
