Yes, multiple folders or tags can be chosen with the present patch: It
accepts a comma-separated list of substrings to look for in the file
name and in the genre tag.

So separating audiobooks from podcasts in two different folders is not a
problem.

You disable the autoresume-on-track-change feature.

But in practice, you will notice that, typically, the later chapters do
not have a resume point anyway, so there will be no point in disabling
that feature.
