But that still wouldn't allow for easy overriding, so if adding an option, I'd
give embedded AA lower priority (and there'd be no need to "split" find_albumart
to be able to support it :). Or make the setting have three values.

But I won't add any setting before 3.8 at least. The patch below solves my
immediate problem (getting no AA at all for one podcast).
