The reason for reordering the menu came about with the (soon to be
committed) new implementation of the sleep timer.
This prompted a discussion where it was decided that all involved believe
that Time & Date should be located in the Settings menu, which left the
System menu quite bare.
This, in turn, lead to the proposal of merging the System and Settings menu,
to make things cleaner.
