For expediency, I'd started a patch along these lines (it's currently
called "Time Settings" - not entirely convinced about this name);
This currently replaces the position Time & Date held (making Time &
Date a sub-menu of itself, if there's a RTC), I'd be happy to change
this wherever people see fit though.
The root of what I'd like to change; only clock related options having a
stonking great clock embedded at top of the menu, all non-RTC options
having a permanent home.
