I'd suggest starting with one plugin, preferrably one looking like
it's easy to do and posting a patch to get feedback and testing and
perhaps moving on from there as that does not have the same potential
for wasted effort and systematic errors as a single huge patch for
every plugin has. It's also more likely to get testing than a "test
every plugin" patch.
