This one is definitely a problem. It already impacts several targets and
seems to be related to pp + usb, further investigation is needed (all
version of pp or only some ?). Unfortunately I do not have such a target
but we really need to bisect to find out. I think we should wait a few days
and if it's not solve, postpone the release a little bit but make it clear
that this is a top priority.
