As I see it there are three options: (a) release as-is (unless USB got worse since 3.11. Can anyone comment on this?) (b) disable USB for the release. This involves releasing a new bootloader so we boot the OF on connect, and we know that USB reboot on AMSv2 is unreliable (or did that get fixed with b61b14f5?) so people have to reboot manually first anyway. (c) fix USB so it works properly for everyone (c) is obviously not realistic at all. Unless we have actual information about usb in current dev being less stable than in 3.11(.2), I'm in favour of (a), with some release notes work (and possibly a paragraph in the manual) Frank -- "Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place.
