Well, I remember two important bug fixes, and both don't affect hwcodec
(radioart and fore/background color related, both not a thing on
charcell/monochrome). Are there more?

Anyway we can sure backport these, but attempting 3.14 for hwcodec will
most likely result in a less featured build on those because stuff needs
to be disabled to keep them building these days.
