A bunch of minor updates over the past week:

 - The _at_rockboxcommits twitter account is reporting commits again
   (~4 year gap)
 - The rockbox-cvs mailing list should be reporting commits again
   (~4 month gap, unrelated)
 - The rockbox-sf mailing list is reporting issue tracker updates again
   (~6 month gap)
 - gmane.io archiving of the -cvs and -sf lists has been restored; it
   fell through the cracks during the gmane hosting migration.
 - wiki now running under mod_perl, which should make it noticably zippier.
 - More bots banned from the www infrastructure
 - Forum template now uses https for all rockbox links, and has a
   corrected paypal donation button
 - Tracker now uses shortened/pretty URLs

Other slightly less recent changes of note:

 - All databases (forums, wiki, buildmaster) migrated to full utf8
 - Translation and themesites now properly integrated into post-commit hooks
 - Many quirks on the builds and download pages fixed
 - www site now knows what a "retired" stable target is
 - Lots of formerly dynamic pages are now statically generated, updated
   only when needed
 - Created tracker categories for infrastructure bits
 - Hosting documentation mostly complete

Upcoming stuff, dates TBD:

 - OS update on main host
 - Gerrit update from 2.13 to 2.14
 - OpenID/Google/GitHub auth/login for the tracker
