As part of the ongoing effort to improve Rockbox's internationalization,
I intend to have the language and voice scripts normalize all unicode
strings to NFC form.

This will be achieved using perl's Unicode::Normalize module, which does
not appear to be one of the standard/core modules bundled with upstream
perl.

Can everyone running builders please check to see if they have this perl
module installed?
