FS#10066 - Sansa AMS bootloader hold switch detection

This patch adds hold switch detection to the Sansa AMS bootloader. With this patch installed, the bootloader will display:

Hold switch on
Shutting down…

and then power off the DAP.

The main reason would be to prevent accidental power on while the DAP is in your pocket which could drain the battery. This is also consistent with other bootloaders and OF.

ok – I found it a bit weird because Fuze & Clip can not be powered on while hold is on (it’s the same button) ;)

Perhaps this should be ifdefed for Fuze & Clip ? (I don’t know how hold & power button are mixed on other models)
