%t fails to toggle between text in FMS.

Model: Sansa c200v1
Tried DAP and Sim of following builds, all had the same problems.
v3.6 (with old skin format)
27125 (with new skin format)
27147 (with new skin format)

the fm screen doesnt do partial updates like the sbs and wps... both of these issues shuold be fixed if someone changes that behaviour
