FS#1645 - Extended volume fade options

The following patch is an extended version
of a previous one (request ID 725613 ) which was not
This patch adds fading effect (like the one done
for stop/pause) on the next/previous song actions:
all fading effects can be controlled with a new
fading options menu.

Why not make it part of the code in CVS?
