FS#6200 - CPU Boost Tracker take 2

Scrapped CPU boost IDs, now uses a little more memory and keeps track using file and function name.

Please review before I commit!

JDGordon already committed code to do this.

So far so good for me. I have an iPod mini1g and use the cpufreq patch for my frequency scaling ailment and versions more recent than 2006-10-15 had playback issues. This seems to fix that, either that or some other change did. At any rate I’m doing ok with this patch so far.

Hmm, this is just a debugging/reporting mod. It shouldn’t make any difference to actual operation..!

It probably didn’t. It seems my ipod is a connoisseur of CVS versions so there’s no telling what minute difference makes it like one version and not another.
