FS#10616 - Scrolling Lines Keep Displaying on gigabeat S

In some cases scrolling lines stay stuck on screen when returning to a menu or context menu.

I believe this fault has been present since r22632, it is definitely present in all recent builds, eg:
r22700-090916
r22790-090923
r22824-090924

I have reproduced on both an S30 and S60.

To reproduce - example 1 - Stopwatch:
Use a sufficiently large enough font to cause scrolling lap times, eg. 32 point. From the main menu go to Plugins then Applications and start the stopwatch application. Press “select” a time or two to make lap/total time entries appear (doesn’t matter if all are zero). These should start to scroll.

Now press “back” to return to the Applications menu (this takes several seconds to happen on the two players I’ve tried). When the menu appears, the scrolling lap times continue to scroll over it.

To reproduce - example 2 - FM Radio:
Using a large font and/or long radio station names, enter the FM radio and select a station such that at least one of the station name or frequency is scrolling.

Press and hold “select” for the FM Radio context menu. The scrolling station name and/or frequency continue to scroll over the context menu.

Hi i managed to reproduce and fix this problem but i’m not sure the fix is correct or done in the best way so i’ll put it here for others to review.
