FS#10701 - Working bootloader for Mini2440

This patch adds drivers for SD, DMA and a simple UART driver for S3C2440 SoC. The Mini2440 bootloader is updated to load firmware from the SD card slot.

** The file “mmc.h” is imported from Linux, I’m not sure where it should go, since there is already a file called “mmc.h” in firmware/export.

This patch should not affect any other ports.
