FS#10737 - New language for RBUtility - polish

Here is the .ts file with very new polish language for rockbox utility. I hope that one is enough.
Translation covers most important lines. Full translation in the near future.
Based on 1.2.3 source.
Does anyone is intended to change wiki or should i do it?

The translation status in the wiki page is generated and updated every now and then so no need to update that manually. I’ll let this task open so you can add an updated version later and not commit yet but will do before the next release.
