FS#10880 - Manual lack information on the possibility to install Rockbox on an SD card

Some users might choose to install Rockbox on an SD card instead of installing it in the internal flash memory of the player.

One reason for it is the (unjustifiable?) fear of wearing the internal flash memory:

The Cowon D2 manual contains some note about this possibility, mainly from the reason of having a read-only internal flash memory. See http://download.rockbox.org/daily/manual/rockbox-cowond2/rockbox-buildch2.html#x4-160002.3

I think that such information should be added to the manual in general, probably inside or before the Automatic Installation section. Users should know they can choose either of the mount points which use their player, and choose according to their preferences.

Booting from SD card is not supported players other than the Cowon D2. (thanks, Paul)

You have left "Player Type" set to "All players". I assume this is not on purpose. Which players have this ability?

This is not on purpose, but anyway…

I think it affects all player which have (CONFIG_STORAGE & STORAGE_SD), and maybe also #define HAVE_MULTIDRIVE is required. Not sure about that. Maybe we can use 'multivolume' from features.txt.

I thought only the D2 has this feature - it exists because the internal D2 memory is currently read only for Rockbox.
