FS#10886 - Hebrew glyphs for 08-Rockfont.bdf

This patch adds Hebrew glyphs for the 08-Rockfont.bdf file (see attached screenshot).

This file is used as the default font for all players with LCD_HEIGHT⇐64

The glyphs are copied from the ‘Liquid’ Font Family for Very Small Displays (Liquid Mean). See http://www.theiling.de/projects/liquid.html.

These fonts are licensed as GPLv3, but Rockbox is licensed under GPLv2.
I don’t know if the Rockfont file itself is under any other license (the file’s header does not contain any such information).

I’ve sent an email to the author of the Liquid font, asking for his explicit agreement to use his glyphs in the Rockbox project.

Still, I would like to get your legal advice as to whether I can commit this patch.
