FS#1104 - Excpetion Errors
Whenever I attempt to play 320 kbps MP3 files with my
Archos Jukebox Recorder, I get an error. Here is the
information on my unit:
Rockbox daily build CVS-030311
ROM 1.28
Mask: 0×0302 USB: positive
ATA: 0×200 PR: positive
Freq: 11.0592MHz
The hard drive is the Hitachi 20GB with firmware
00J2A0A1.
The problem does not occur in the CVS-030310 build
or in any builds prior to that build. The latest builds
however, do suffer this problem. I have tried CVS-
030311, CVS-030312, CVS-030314, and CVS-030315,
all with the same results. The only build I have not tried
is CVS-030313. The errors are different for each
version, and often different for each file. For CVS-
030311, here is an example of /Chris Tomlin/Not to
Us/Come Let Us Worship.mp3:
IO4:IllInstr
at 73FB680C
For CVS-030315:
For /Chris Tomlin/Not to Us/ Come Let Us Worship.mp3:
IO6:IllSltIn
at 73FADD08
For /Evanescence/Fallen/Tourniquet.mp3:
IO9:CPUAdrEr
at 0000000B
As stated, these error do not occur prior to build CVS-
030310. The mp3 files tested were encoded using
CDex version 1.4, which uses the LAME encoder
version 1.27. Settings were high quality, true stereo,
320 kbps. Thanks.
