FS#11147 - Rename in trunk time-sync utility

The patch involves all the iPod targets.

It simply renames the executable included in trunk in r24306.

I agree with Frank, why? This app also applies to non-iPod targets, e.g. I'm using this to sync the time on my Onda VX747..
