FS#11307 - The uisim abends as soon as it is begun (on Cygwin).

The uisim (to build on Cygwin) abends sometimes when it is begun.
This problem is occured at the frequency about once every 10 - 20 times.

my environment:
OS: Windows Vista SP2
cygwin: 1.5.25
SDL: 1.2.13
rockbox: r26249 (this problem has been occured for about one week ago.)
