FS#1135 - Makes bmp2rb.c insensitive to endianess.

This patch changes bmp2rb.c so that it should work
regardless of endianess of the host computer (only
tested on a little-endian computer). I.e., removes the
need of the define LITTLE_ENDIAN, which isn’t set by
default in the tools Makefile.

hello!

I tried this patch today.
It makes bmp2rb.exe work ok with windows for me.

what tests have to be made that this patch is being merged
into rockbox source ?
