FS#11432 - Changing themes breaks line scrolling

If I change theme, lines of text wider than the screen no longer scroll back and forth. A power cycle fixes this.

Doesn't seem to matter which theme (ones that come with the default install, or downloaded ones), and doesn't seem to matter how I load it (settings menu or file navigator).
