FS#11437 - Add Onda vx777 to the manual

This is my first patch and it is a work in progress, as pixelma suggested, I’ll upload it anyway.

Committed as r 27279. Thanks!

The platform files seem to have everything they need. The errors occured in some places where parts were included because the decision if they were or not was just made by a \nopt (which means it’s included for everything else than what is in the \nopt). I fixed all of these in the attached patch and the manual builds now (with the front pictures in  FS#11434 , originally in  FS#10854 ).

I think it can be committed as is now and additionally the images in  FS#11434  but some info will still be missing (I could do it myself but not now, so I’ll post the patch here in case there is still something to discuss). We seem to need even more screenshots but it’s a good start. Some button tables are stil blank and need to be filled out, especially seeing to whether they can already be filled for all touchscreen targets.

Just as a note: while looking at the patch, the way the touchscreen and an extra button is handled for core actions - the ones in the Onda keymap file - confused me but I realised that it is done the same way for the D2. I try to think about something to make it more flexible though the way it is works and so there is no big pressure to solve it.

P.S.: I hope I didn’t forget to add something before making the patch…

There is a small typo in goban.tex in the patch above which makes the \TouchMidLeft not show up. I fixed it locally but don’t wanted to post a new version just for that, I wanted to let you know though.
