pacbox, mpegplayer, rockboy either freeze very soon or don't start at all; 27899 works, 27902 doesn't

oops, that was too fast: some more information:
tested on X5L, other X5 family players may also suffer this problem,
it does not affect v3.6, only svn r27902 and later
mpegplayer: crashes on load with I04: illinstr at 1000C000
packbox: blanks out (but menu still responsive
rockboy: crashes like mpegplayer
not all plugins affected

I experience the crashes too on my M5. The address in case of mpegplayer and rockboy is the same and a quick look at the map file told me that it's the end of IRAM (see http://www.rockbox.org/irc/log-20100829#18:52:06).
