This patch makes convttf make the digits 0 - 9 equally wide, if they seem to be so for the font in question. Works fine for Segoe UI (only font I've tested with so far). Main thing left to do is an option to enable/disable this behavior (and perhaps force it?). Also, there's a debug printf (commented out) in there, that should be removed before commit.

Added "-w" option to turn off the equally wide digits. Cleaned up the new code a bit. Changed the type of some globals to reduce the number of compiler warnings.

Should be the final version, unless some issues turns up.
