FS#12148 - Automate Pandora pnd build

Hello,

attached patch adds the ability to create the Pandora .pnd file (=binary archive)
automatically by invoking “make pnd”.

There’s an issue left with the “share” directory:
tools/configure sets “sharedir” to “rockbox/share”.

“make fullinstall” will f.e. install backdrops below
“rockbox/share/rockbox/backdrops”. Later on rockbox
searches the path in “rockox/share/backdrops”.
This needs fixing before it can go into SVN.

Any idea why this is occuring?

Anything else in the patch needs fixing?
