FS#12161 - Incorrect gapless processing in AAC

The gapless processing in AAC is incorrect. Most of the time, it cuts about twice as much as it should at the beginning of the track.

This patch looks good in the sim, but I haven’t tested on target yet. Also, there are a few commented printf:s (that were useful during debugging) that should be removed before commit.
