After a small fiasco in the forums, I made this little edit to try and simply explain what Precut is for those seeking a volume limiter. Thoughts?

Change suggested by saratoga.
The problem with that phrasing is that a limiter is actually a very specific type of DSP, and unfortunately does not actually limit the volume.
Mention that EQ must be enabled to have precut.
On a side note, its weird that we have both a precut option for EQ and a preamp option for replaygain. They do effectively the same thing.
Spelling.

Otherwise cool.
