Rockbox Version 2.0

All files recorded on the FM Recorder seem to have
bogus, corrupted or missing ID3 tags.
When checking any native recorded file's ID3 info using
'MP3Ext' it always gives this info:

Bitrate: 0K Time: 00:00
Mode: s Layer: -
Freq: 0 Frames: 0

----- No ID3Tag available -----

I just checked the MP3Ext source code, and it doesn't
support ID3V2 version 4. That's why it doesn't find the tag.

File a bug report to the MP3Ext guy and tell him to update it.
