FS#12408 - Cabbiev2.bmp permanently loaded on iPod Classic.

Tested on build r.31045 using an iPod Classic.

I consistently get this entry in buflib allocs list:
0x0819B150: val: 38413 (/.rockbox/backdrops/cabbiev2.bmp)
It is right under
0x0819AF0C: val 145(failsafe skin)

If I have actually selected a backdrop, it gets loaded a lot later while keeping the cabbiev2.bmp backdrop loaded.
Have tried clearing backdrop and/or using another backdrop. Rebooting does not help either.

I have also noticed that tango_small and tango_small_viewers are permanently loaded as well, even when disabling icons.

Attached is my config.
Using this theme:
http://themes.rockbox.org/index.php?themeid=1454 Have disabled the backdrop though.

I can confirm this on my 5th generation iPod. My normal config uses /.rockbox/backdrops/cabbiev2.bmp as the backdrop, and that gets loaded twice. Resetting settings does not help. If I clear the backdrop, it's still loaded twice. Rebooting after clearing the backdrop does remove the second allocation, but the first allocation is always there. I don't see any backdrop problems in the sim.

I also see that icons get loaded even when icons aren't shown. This also happens in the sim.
