Hello, we had 4 other tickets for german
translation.
I just committed the
most recent one.
Please at next update look if there isn't already an open task and just add your patch to the existing one.

in the “3-D Enhancement” case yu changed the translation to be just an empty string
Oops, sorry, I fixed that now and improved some other translations.
here is the most appropriate translation and a patched deutsch.lang file.
