FS#12612 - Rockbox Utility Quick Start descriptions are incorrect

I’ve just noticed that in Rockbox Utility 1.2.13, the wording on the Quick Start tab is ambiguous at best. It says the Complete or Minimal Installations will install a current build, but it actually installs the most recent Release.

I think the quick start tab was going to be reworked anyway. Right now its a little unclear what it actually installs.
