FS#12787 - iPod Classic 7th generation hang up and USB bug

Hi Guys
I have two bugs with my iPod/Rockbox:
1st:
So, i got a few days ago an iPod Classic 7th Generation with an upgraded Harddisk (240GB) from ebay.
I searched for an other OS. And so,i installed Bootstrap (USMBoot) (http://www.freemyipod.org/wiki/EmCORE_Installation/iPodClassic/DFUiTunes), than the Ipod Installer (EmCORE r859 http://www.freemyipod.org/wiki/EmCORE_Releases/r859) and at least Rockbox for iPod Classic (rockbox-ipodclassic-r31516-20120102.zip)
First, i did a few albums onto my iPod. Everything worked great!
Now, i did almost 200 GB of music onto my iPod. Now, the RockBox OS hang up every 30 seconds. It doesn't matter if i am in the games menu, in the main menu or in the music folder. In addition, the function "Create Database" works completely not (also an hang up)

The 2nd Problem is a general problem with my iPod. I installed also the newest RockBox Build for iPod Classics (http://www.rockbox.org/dl.cgi?bin=ipod6g)
With this version (currently 708bf1a), my computer (Win 7, 64bit) can't find the iPod HDD. If i use the older, stable Version(v. r31516) (I always choose the option "Run Rockbox fallback image" in the boot menu ) my computer hasn't any problems to find the iPod HDD.
BUT: After maybe one or two hours, the Rockbox also hang up and the iPod isn't connected furthermore with the computer. I don't now if it's a solution: I touch now every half hour the iPod Scroll Wheel, so that the display is shining again. The last time (as i did 200 GB onto my iPod) and i touched the sroll wheel every 30 minutes, the RockBox OS doesn't hang up…

Sorry for my bad english^^

I tested those bugs with follow settings:
EmCORE r859 (stable Version) (http://www.freemyipod.org/wiki/EmCORE_Releases/r859)
EmCORE r867 (newest, workable build version) (http://builds.freemyipod.org/)

RockBox r31516, 2012.01.02 (stable Version) (http://www.freemyipod.org/wiki/EmCORE_Releases/r859)
RockBox 708bf1a (newest build version) (http://www.rockbox.org/dl.cgi?bin=ipod6g)

I hope, you can fix hese bugs as soon as possible ;)

Should be fixed by new USB stack.

Ok, the first bug is solved with the daily build "708bf1a" (published a few days ago)
the 2nd bug is still not fixed….

Peaceè
