FS#12801 - Toggling between charging and discharging while charged and connected to charger
When my Fuze+ is charged and it's still connected to the charger, it seems it keeps toggling between charging and discharging.
I think the problem is that it reacts to some voltage to stop charging. When it's charging it measures up to 4.35 V. But when it stops charging it changes to 4.25V, and says something like 96-99% charged, and which point it changes to charging again, and so on.
So it's basicly toggling between charging and discharging very often, and I don't think that's very good for the battery. Once it's charged it should stop charging as long as the charger is connected. (This might apply to other devices too.)
This was with version 2ef7a54-130111

a6I'm seeing the exact opposite with my Fuze+. When I attach the device to a charger or to a PC, the battery is being charged until it's 94% or so full. Then it discharges until the battery is almost empty. This is likely much worse for the battery and its lifetime. It is also very annoying because the battery might be virtually empty when I actually want to use it. For example, loading over night is pretty much pointless. Ideally, it should just power off when the battery is fully loaded. Otherwise, it should start charging the battery if some threshold like e.g., 70% is reached. My current firmware is 98a69ec-150308 but the issue isn't recent.
