FS#12915 - No way for an author to remove a theme, even one added in error.
There is no way to delete a theme added in error, or a theme superseded by a theme of another name, or a theme which for any other reason the author wants to remove.
I ran into this because I created themes “tomsway1” and “tomsway2” for the Sansa Clip Zip.
Except, once, I mis-typed it as “tosmway1”. It uploaded a third theme with that typo-ed name…
There is no way to remove it.

There's no way for a user to delete their own themes but admins can. I removed tosmway1.
The themesite needs a lot of TLC,
unfortunately. it's on the to-do
list but there are more pressing
infrastructure problems to fix first.

Probably you can register in Foswiki and edit the page.
The wiki has nothing to do with the theme site.
There is indeed no way to do this. There probably should be, but then the theme site needs lots of work…
