FS#13023 - HOLD switch not detecting on iPod Classic
I’m using iPod Classic 6g (80GB) with daily dev builds and emCORE 0.2.3 r859. I’ve noticed that HOLD switch is not being detected properly by Rockbox (no lock icon, backlight not off, etc.), even though buttons are being locked. If you boot with HOLD switch on then Rockbox will stay in locked state until reboot.
This bug doesn’t appear in emCORE’s RB fallback image (r31516-120101).

(whoops, wrong category)
I can definitely confirm this bug, it started happening after an update a couple months ago, and the last update I did a week ago didn't fix it.
Also booting with the hold switch on, it WILL detect it and say settings are cleared, but settings were not cleared.
This bug also makes it impossible to exit RockBoy without a forced reboot, and any other plugins that depend on the hold switch also will not function correctly.
This issue has been resolved in some recent update, I'm using version 87229a4 and I can confirm that HOLD button is now recognized by the firmware.
