FS#13139 - Make properties screen speak

Hello.
Can please someone of you make the Properties screen in the file browseer context menu to be spoken similar to the way System\Rockbox info\Fre disc space/disc size and Settings\time and date are voiced so blind users can directly hear the size of a directory or a file and the date created or last modified?
