FS#13173 - FileSplit time not working properly

When setting the File Split type to Time and then setting a split time, the recording module seems to interpret everything a seconds, eg. 30 minutes file split will record for 30 seconds; 24hour setting will record for 24 minutes. To achieve the desired time I have to edit the config.cfg file and set the rec timesplit: to the number of seconds required, eg. 1h15mins would be 4500
