FS#1329 - FM tuner

I am using build 030507-1226 with a JBR FM 20 gig system. The only way to turn off the FM tuner is to play a new song. If a song is already playing, it will continue playing both the FM radio and the song until a new song is selected and forced to play. I suggest a way to turn off the FM radio in the menu system that is obvious, as well as use an internal bit to see whan its on or off. Just my 2 cents.

Now OFF stops the radio and leaves the radio screen, and ON
leaves it with the radio on.

The mp3 playback is also stopped when entering the radio screen.
