FS#13389 - Changing playlist after power cycle can cause panic under certain conditions
This one happens every time for me under the following conditions:
- Start playing a track from Database (note, it must be from Database, same procedure with file browser works as expected)
- Shut off player
- Boot up player and resume playback
- Use back button to navigate to a different album and play a track (this loads a new playlist, I think is important?)
- Resulting panic message: “audio_reset_buffer(): OOM!”
This is present on the latest and greatest build 78718aa7eb-230129, and I’ll attach my config file in case it’s a weird settings combination.

Does this still occur?
Yeah, I just tried it with 3bb75e0, the latest.
My gut says it's something to do with the initial source being the database, but after the reboot the back button leaves you browsing via the file browser, but I haven't looked into it closely. I meant to when I created this issue, but never got around to it.
Have you managed to reproduce it?
